Times have fly so fast. Four years back, I was wearing oversize clothes and using almost my entire hard earned money from my part time jobs shopping in my favorite retail outlets while trying to get my dream wardrobe into place. Back then I did not know what to buy and what type of pieces are considered as timeless pieces. I just grabbed whatever that caught my attention. Hence, I wasted a lot of money.

I really love blogging about clothes and sharing with everyone of you how much confidence I have in myself as I manage to step out of my comfort to do something that I actually liked - blogging about fashion.

Today, being a 20 year old lady, it is time to for me to learn about the importance of what it is underneath it. Great fitting clothes won't matter if you are not wearing a bra comfortably.

I always feel awkward whenever my girlfriends talk to me about what kind of bras am I wearing. To be honest, I have never known what type of bras suits me. I only know that I love bras with laces design.

Do you know that: Experts estimate that more than 85 percent of women are wearing the wrong size bra!

The Bra Doctor, Susan Nethero, reveals her bra fitting tips:  • The average woman changes bra sizes six times in her life, due to changes such as hormones, weight loss or gain, pregnancy, exercise, etc. • A bra should lie firmly against the rib cage • 90 percent of a bra's support comes from a firm band • A 10 percent loss or gain or in weight usually equals a change in one cup size • A bra should be level front to back across the bodice • Avoid under wires when nursing • Breast augmentations require the same support as natural breasts • Get fitted by a bra-fitting specialist!

Wearing a bra can be a piece of cake if you know the right type and fit for you . However, it becomes a first-world women's problem when we are not well informed about the different types available for us, beautiful ladies.

The most annoying thing about bras to me is the band "cutting" into my skin, creating the band marks that makes me feel really itchy. Also, the worse problem from it would be the apparent side boobs making the area between my upper arms and side of the body looks ugly whenever I wear a sleeveless top or dress.

Bras do not only supports your boobies, they also help you to show off your figure in any clothes that you wear.  Ladies, remember we all comes in different shapes and so are our boobies. We have to be proud of who we are and embrace overselves.

First step to solve the bra-blem is to know your breast shape. Know what is your breast shape, then you choose the type of bras that suits you.

Second step will be measuring of your bust size. I have found an application that you can securely use to measure your bust size in minutes by just uploading two pictures! It is currently free to download in iTunes! Click here to download. Otherwise, head to the nearest bra shop and get your treasures measured by professionals.

Third step, FIND CLOTHES FOR YOUR TREASURE! Finding the perfect bras is not that hard. Just think about what types of materials which most of your clothes are made of, or just simply the types of clothes you own as you choose your bras.

Do not worry if you do not have a lot to fill in the cup. Feel free to wear push up. Remember to always sit straight and have a really good posture whenever and whatever you do. By doing so, you can also show a fuller figure in the front and back.

This is by far my most favourite outfit which I had wore when the new semester starts. It keeps me looking great for the first day of school despite the Monday blues atmosphere. Yeah I kind of know how contradicting I am, especially when I am featuring my entirely blue outfit.

OOTD #42: I am a lolita

Went for a photoshoot with my friends in Botanic Garden. Dressed up as a Lolita as usual and came up with a random make look at the very last minute. While my friend and I are waiting for the photographer to arrive, we stumbled upon a debate about our peers mixing up lolita and cosplay into one genre.

So what are the difference between Lolita and Cosplay?

Lolita fashion is a fashion subculture originating in Japan that is based on Victorian-era clothing, but the style has expanded greatly beyond Japan. Girls who dress up in lolita fashion are known as the Lolita.

Whereas for Cosplay, is simply characters dressing up. The practice of dressing up as a character from a film, book, or video game, especially one from the Japanese genres of manga or anime.

Get the difference?

This is why whenever one who calls a lolita lady as a cosplayer, we will correct you. This is what I call it culture learning. If you have no clue of what something is, ask and find out not assume that you know it.

OOTD #41: The Lust Vegas

I have been spending my free time reading The Geat Gatsby. The story about a Midwest native arrives in 1922 New York and fulfilling his American dream of being a writer. He witness and pens the tale of impossible love, dreams and tragedy of the city that never sleeps.

Ideas of elegant outfits for the gentlemen and ladies slowly sink in. I want to create outfits that have the feels from the 1922 New York; which enable us to be able to have pull off comfortably in both indoors and outdoors.

I have been drawn to the couple matching styles for the past few weeks. To make this blog post more challenging, I have given myself FIVE must-have guidelines that I have to put in consideration. This includes:

1. Inexpensive

2. Light and portable

3. Matching Couple Looks

4. Elegant

5. For ALL skin tones

Moisturizing is very important for EVERYONE. The best moisturizing product I always use for my everyday, from makeup to body and even nails will be, Vaseline. It does not only moisturize your entire self, it also acts as a very good face primer for your entire face. I always bring it around in a small container. I also use it to soothes my skins and also my lips (like a lip balm). You basically saved up a lot of space in your luggage.

After you landed onto the ground of Las Vegas and head your way to the beautiful and thrilling adventure in one of the beautiful hotels, you will still want to be on your tip top condition. (Read: Airline Outfit , for more inspirations)

For the Ladies:

Twisted Triangle Statement Necklace | Forever 21- A bold statement necklace is all you need to as accessory. Trust me, you will not want let your accessory be the main point of attention.

Optional. Midnight Romance | Ralph Lauren Fragrances- I was told that this perfume will last all day. Just spray once will do.

Guesseted Work Bag | Charles & Keith- You know you have a very versatile work bag that you use for work. So, bring it along with you as an airplane bag or as a fashion statement. You can give yourself as an excuse to buy new bags to replace the one that you have been using for work. Or rephrase it a little, "You have work hard, you need to reward yourself." 

Kork-Ease Gracen Wedges | anthropologie.com- I chose wedges because of Kate Middleton! She loves Wedges! Why?

Lastly, for the jump suit.

Draped Garnet Jumpsuit | anthropologie.com- Why a jumpsuit? Because you will not need to be worrying about wardrobe malfunction when you are trying to get comfy in the plane. Having one piece outfits in your closet is always the best choice when you cannot make your mind up on matching your outfit of the day. Furthermore, this jumpsuit suits almost all occasion. You basically bought more than one outfit when you actually only got one. And also, not everyone are daring enough to wear red, especially during the day. #fashionforward #bonuspoint

For the Gentlemen:

Guys I know the cute casual look is not really gentlemen. Because, I want you to portray out the gentlemen look LOUDLY. Letting your girl to shine in the airport is very important, you will thank me after that. *Smirk*

Yes, it was during my first week out of the four weeks of living at my Canadian relatives's place. Classic Browline Readers | 21 MEN- Nerdy spectacles can be a form of accessory too! Wearing the right frame for your face shape can make your face looks gentle and manly at the same time. I mean, not everyone suits wearing spectacles. So, if you are blessed with it, then enhance it.

Mesh-Paneled Nylon Backpack | 21 MEN- Hey guys! Thanks for always be the one bringing a backpack so that we ladies, are able to buy more clothes and put them in your backpack just in case our luggage are overloaded with more clothes. Love ya! ^_^

Travel tip: Do not buy a lot of things that caught your eyes, look around and explore fun and worthy things that do not cause a hole in your pocket. You do not want to over spent.

Vanilla Cupcake Lip Gloss | Claire's- I was told that it is a teen's store back in Canada. No one says there is a age limit to shop in the store. Furthermore, who will says no to their ultimate sales!

Pro Long LipCreme | MAC- A fashion friend of mine who is also a make up guru shared with me her review of her MAC's cosmetics and she gave it a 10/10. It is not only affordable and also long lasting. 

Another travel tip: I do use my creamy lip sticks as blush and they last long and easier to apply. *Hmmm maybe I should do a tutorial on it. *

Naked Basics | Urban Decay- Why basics? And why is the first basic palette? I have been using it since the day I bought my very first cosmetic in Seattle's Sephora. I use this palette for my eyebrows, eye shadows, highlighter and whole face contour. I actually received a lot of compliments. This is my secret to save on make up.

Now, get ready for outfit number two! This outfit is inspired by the interior design of the rooms in 

PALMS CASINO RESORT . comfy + sleek + chic = minimalist 

Change up and walk around in comfy clothes.

For the Ladies:

Change up into your most comfy clothes and match it up with your beau. You can still keep your wedges but please do change your bag to something light.

Metallic Clasp Wallet | Charles & Keith-  This is actually a really versatile clutch sling bag. You can detach the latch and it will immediately transform into a clutch. In other words, you paid for two bags for the price of one.

For the Gentlemen:

Now for the beau, you may want to only change your top and keep everything light. Save your energy for shopping cardio later.

Classic Pique Polo | bonobos.com- Polo tee always makes a bad boy looks smart. It must means it makes a smart guy looks smarter. 

Travel tip: You do not have to keep on changing every piece of your clothes when you are traveling. You can actually re- wear most of your clothes. Especially, jeans. Jeans can be re- wear for up to 4 times! Also you can buy new clothes that are either hard to find or expensive in your own country.

Sparkling heels | Jimmy Choo- When you can't decide on the color of the shoe to wear, match it with your bag! The ombre that matches both your bag and the dress will surely snatch the spotlight after they spot your inspired dress.

The Great Gatsby Dress | unknown (picked off from Pinterest)- The uniqueness of this dress lies on the details and how the different tone of rose gold matches so perfectly with each other. I would love to own this dress. 

For the Gentlemen:

Just a slight changes. 

Suit up!

You do not have to always wear the classic colors like black and white or match up with your lady. With your hair back combed, you will look stunning with the suit of any cool colors.

Canvas Lace-up Chukkas | 21 Men- They say formal classy wear but no one will forbid chukkas shoes. The most versatile shoes that suits casual and formal style. I got this from the guys in my class who dress in classy 80's and looks smoking hot. 

For the petite size ladies, I actually came out with another outfit for you (and also myself).

For the Ladies:

Sue Wong Great Gatsby Dress | Sue Wong- Found this off Pinterest and fell in love with it immediately. The bodycon dress that has the fringe (which is really popular during fall) as the finishing touch is something that you do not always see. The length of this dress is perfect for my height (153 cm) too! 

For the Gentlemen:

Nobody says you can't wear shorts for a formal event, let alone inspiring from the fashionable Kanye West. 

Let us break Instagram's #OOTN as we wear polo tee underneath the blazers and matching with shorts that only covers slightly below the knee length.

The Academy Blazer | Bonobos.com- I want to add some details into my man's outfit. Remember what Victory Beckham says " Less is more". Just a simple details on the blazer can actually add spice to his entire outfit.

Classic Pique Polo | Bonobos.com- Get your polo tee on boys. Get it simple and classy,

Washed Chino Shorts | Bonobos.com- No more strict rules on formal wears when you can get comfy and formal at the same time. This is why I mentioned earlier on, to have more one linen shorts in your luggage boys.

Was listening to Poker Face cover by Lea Michele. Then, I decided to name the title of this blog post "Poker Face".

Wore this outfit for my friend's birthday party last Saturday. The theme of his 21st birthday party was "Classic Poker". The color code for invited guests are white, red and black. I could not decided on which color to wear so I dug out my closet and managed to coordinate an outfit together! How do I look?

Strip top does not exactly make me look more chubby- because of its peplum cut out, my figure was flattered. The white blouse to keep myself warm at night.

I have no intention to post up other photos that were taken during the party as I want to respect my friends' privacy. All I can say is, THE PARTY WAS AWESOME!

I had just officially ended the first week of my semester holiday! The week was spent very productively and thank God for his blessings too, I got to participate in Samsung's Solve for Tomorrow Competition. My girl friend who first got chosen by a lecturer for this competition recommended me to the lecturer. Thanks you to my girl friend! Everyone please pray for my awesome team to be shortlisted! Thanks You! 

I also received another opportunity from another lecturer for another major competition which might cause a major change to my future. I may not want to share it with everyone yet. Wish me all the best, everyone!

I always love crochet pattern tops. I do not know when did I started loving them. The pattern seem so unique. I got this top last year, at a sale in Cotton On. Still remember at that point of time, there were nobody helping me to take pictures of my OOTDs, not even my then boyfriend. They only told me how shameless and thick skinned I am. Looking back till this date, I am thankful for my shameless and thick skinned personality. Because of this unique character, making new friends and knowing new people became realistically easier. 

Question: I am not skinny nor do I have a flat tummy and I wear a crop top.

My response: Yeah. I can pull them off anyway. It all comes to having CONFIDENCE. If you have no confidence and you did not even give yourself a chance to try on a crop top, then you won't know if you are able to pull it off. 

As long as I am happy with what I am wearing. I can pull off any outfits that I could coordinated with the clothes I have already owned in my closet!

OOTD #37: Adore Yourself with Adore Me

Summer is all about the sun and revealing some skins while showcasing your favorite fashion statement. For this blogpost (something you would not expect from me), I will teach you how to make your bra as your fashion statement. 

For me, I do no like to wear heavy accessories or makeup during the scorching weather. Simple and easy matching outfits IS the best outfit to go for summer! 

Here are some of the outfits:

1) Basic

The Camilia Unlined bra from AdoreMe.com's new collection of sexy lingerie comes with adjustable strip (my favourite when it comes to choosing in the inside shirt). You will need to pull out the spaghetti strip basic top. REALLY BASIC so that you can show off the laces print of the bra top.

2) The college road trip

Simple patterns of floral petals with its light weight materials, giving out its natural aura of spring/summer. Matching with this lace bra set, will be a romper with a muscle tee cut out. Of course, what is a road trip without carrying a cute and versatile backpack.

To add on to the spring/summer feel, a floral crown is a MUST. Now my friends, you should have an idea why I have so much floral items and my grave obsession with floral. I am a summer time girl.

3) The mature ones

Hot weather = It is up tie time!

When you can't decide which bra to wear underneath your top. Try matching it with your hair accessories! 

When you are really bold enough, try dressing up like the outfit above. Unbutton a few of the buttons on your outfit to reveal just a little it of the details of the bra top.

What is a weekend getaway without a weekender bag?! Looking cute both inside and outside equals to a fabulous road trip!

4) Sweet and lovely

My favourite fashion is the lolita or the mori girl's. This kind of Japanese fashion gives people a really sweet and lovely look with just basic pastel colors and of cos, my all time favourite floral.

The Gretta Bralette set from AdoreMe.com, matching with a plain white dress. Because of its little blue details around the brim of the bralette, it also gives a little pop of color on your dress too. Perfect for a picnic at the beach or music festivals! 

The best about this outfit will be the earth tone colors that are being use to coordinate the look. Brown, white, grey and a little pop of the primary colors will never go wrong. Trust me.

I know that revealing bra off your clothes will cause havoc and being caught by the fashion police. However, what if you coordinate well and pull it off ? Uhhh I see you have get how daring am I to combine bras and outfits together!

OOTD #36: Airline Outfit

I always wanted to be a personnel or model and even an air stewardess, besides the thought of also being a musician. Unfortunately, I am too chubby and short to be an air stewardess even with this adorable face which I am born with. 

In the end, I chose fashion. Over these few years, I have (shamelessly) decided to slowly divert this blog into a fashion blog.

Since my term break had just started and most of you have already enjoyed the first week of your school holidays. I decided to do special travel outfit blog post. This will not be like any other travel outfit post. I have decided to choose an airline company and create an outfit as inspired by anything that is related to them. I would boldly choose Jetstar.

Do not worry. I am not going to make you turns up as an orange...

So GUYS (yes.. Guys!)  here is my outfit for you:

I know how you dude like your basics. I have chosen Basic Slub Knit Crew Tee in the color gray for you to match with one color from JetStar's logo - ORANGE, Summer Short with Colored Bar Track! You know you need comfy shoes when you are going shopping with your baby girl. *smirk and wink* To give it a bit of urban color I chose this really vintage car print shoes from ZALORA. 

Of cos, you will need your wallet, make sure there are real cash and cards in the wallet. A classic wallet is definitely the best wallet fashion to buy for a guy. Trust me. I am a real lady. I know what fashion suit my man the best.

I find guys who carry backpacks ARE REALLY CUTE. I chose a black color backpack  to match the Men's Faux Leather Strap Watch in Black. Personally, I like to purposely ask my boyfriend to carry my bag for me. Guys, I have helped you to solve your problem about carrying handbags! PUT THEM IN YOUR BACKPACK!

So, to add in a bit more colors, a tiny bit more... I chose Mixed Woven Beads Bracelet. Which just happens to be one of my personal favourite type of bracelet right now!

Found this really lovely Embellished Yoke And Back Midi Dress in orange from Zalora. I have chosen a small tote bag so that you will look like you have many things on you. Too much is not good, ya.

A kimono cardigan is not only comfy and keeps you warm, it is also light- weighed. You can just easily fold it and stuff easily into your tote bag. 

I am not a person who is obsess with accessories. A piece or two is just enough to coordinate in a look. I chose a rose gold watch and pair of shades to match almost my entire outfit. 

Comfortable shoes is a must to put on when you want to walk like as if you are one of the Victoria's Secret Angels. If you are a petite lady like me, choose a pair of loafer with a little bit of heel to add on some height. Ermm.. Guys.. I have a question for you: "Do you like your lady to be tall or short and cute? :) " I am just wondering. :)

OOTD #35: My Style Staple

Was talking about matching of simple staple clothes with my kin on our way home from church. I have noticed that some of the believers have really great sense of fashion. If I did not take a close observation of their clothes, I would have thought that they are so rich that they bought the entire H&M or F21. 

Then, it is all about the staple items and knowing how to mix and match one item into different styles. Also, outfits that suits almost any occasions.

You only have 30 mins to 1 hour for lunch. You would not want to waste an opportunity to show off your great fashion style. You only have that minimal amount of time to eat and fellowship with your peers or should I say your date at lunch date? *smirk* So at lunch, we wear flats.
